What was the process like?

The process starts with a Discovery Workshop to get to know the business requirements. I then started to interview the users and immersed ourselves on the real location of the business to assess how they do things manually or with their current system. Using these findings, I collated feedbacks and created user stories and used that to create wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes.

I always facilitate a Usability Testing before sending the designed product into development and see to it that I incorporate the changes based on the findings. When the designs are passed on to the developers, documentations, interactive prototypes, style guides and assets needs to be forwarded as well.

I have collaborated with Project Managers for timelines and client requests, developers, and QA. I also facilitated Pilot Testing events and Product Launch events.
